4. Booking and Cancellation

Class bookings at Soulful Stretch are subject to availability. When booking classes:

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund or class credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  • No-shows will be charged the full class fee.
  • Soulful Stretch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

5. Health and Safety

By participating in Soulful Stretch classes, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent you from safely participating in our classes.
  • You will inform the instructor of any physical limitations or injuries before class.
  • You will follow all instructions given by our instructors and use equipment as directed.
  • You understand that there is a risk of injury associated with any physical activity and you participate at your own risk.
  • You will stop exercising immediately and inform the instructor if you experience any pain, discomfort, dizziness, or other symptoms.

6. Liability

Soulful Stretch, its employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to you during or as a result of our classes or use of our facilities. You agree to release and hold harmless Soulful Stretch from any claims resulting from your participation in our classes or use of our facilities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Soulful Stretch website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Soulful Stretch or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish materials contained on this website without our prior written consent.
