Founded in 2015 by Sarah Chen, a certified yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience, Soulful Stretch began as a small studio with a big dream. Sarah's vision was to create a welcoming space where people from all walks of life could come together to practice yoga, find inner peace, and build a supportive community.

What started as a passion project quickly grew into a beloved sanctuary for yoga enthusiasts across Hong Kong. Today, Soulful Stretch is proud to be home to a team of experienced instructors, each bringing their unique expertise and energy to our classes.
